From the beginning, the disputed land of un-fateful and upheavals have bestowed plenty of blood for the longing to be free from the draconian law that was imposed by the so-called Indian Government.
“Once a glorious valley now a silent ruin”
From there, the journey of rushing bloodstream starts; washing away the smiles and the youths from the valley. The Disappeared never returned, the lips never stretched to smile, and the disturbance never let the peace grow again. What happened to the valley of Sufis is never told really. The Valley which is considered the integral part is not one. It’s only a fighting weapon for those who are craving the land. The agendas made by politicians and media justified the brutality of their actions by making the kids of Kashmir a threat to the peace of their so-called country. They locked up the voices, put PSA on innocence, killed the mother’s prayers, abused the souls, and humiliated their pride and dignity.
But the land remained still and endured the pain with tears and smiles, showed courage to the cowards of the world that this land belongs to no one except Kashmiris. The false narratives of different ideologies made Kashmir a bulletproof land where deaths were normal but the living spirit was alive. Kashmiris are born warriors, we give smiles to those who are worthy and anger to those who are the culprits of the lost peace.
Holding on to the terror that engulfed the innocence of the people to giving birth to the Resistance, From praying for life to offering life to freedom, from mourning to deaths to saying goodbyes with proud smiles, from being a child to being a fighter the valley turned itself into a shield that’s never gonna GIVE UP.
The chants of Resistance are heard across the sky and the slogans of Freedom paint the sky red.
When India started a wave of seizing the land, to its surprise, it got a tornado of anger. Kashmir became headlines worldwide, and Stories of fighting, mourning, and killings, protests, arrests, gained attention and sympathy. Foreign countries started to shake hands with those countries which made them gain something. Simply, cowards go after cowards, right?
Sympathizing became normal in the valley, everyone sympathizing with each other with hope, but all we knew that sympathizing is not the weapon we needed, what we were searching for was Voices, those voices that had the magnitude of bursting the clouds on those oppressors who denied the freedom to caged. And the voices of the oppressed raised after holding the immense anger within.
The fundamental rights that include a number of those rights that are just written to glorify Indianism have freedom of speech and expression that is just an embellishment in the Constitution of India. Never trust that buddy. Express one word and you are a threat to the peace of the world. Isn’t this funny?
From journalists to Students, workers to housewives, toddlers to aged, every single one of them gathered at least a portion of their lives, time, and the courage to speak about the truth that has been kept unsaid. Voices became powerful enough to introduce the massacre to the world. Through multiple forms of media, Kashmir was exhibited.
The photos of the voiceless spread messages of fearlessness but the people named it Sympathy, the shots that blinded eyes, the bullets that pierced bodies, the traumas that massacred souls of the voiceless, but people called it Terrorists.
We grew up in a land of sacrifices, where Slogans of Freedom was heard when born, where “Hum kya chahtay Azadi” was carved on hearts, and where the eyes can curse more than the mouth.
There is a Quranic verse that I would like to mention here ” اُذِنَ لِلَّذِينَ يُقَاتَلُونَ بِاَنَّهُمْ ظُلِمُوا وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَي نَصْرِهِمْ لَقَدِيرٌ ….means “To those against whom war is made, permission is given (to fight) for they have been oppressed, and verily Allah is well able to assist them.” (Surah Al-Hajj-Verse 39)
So, in the end, I would like to say Don’t Sympathize, Show unity to stand against Oppressors.
So, I will put an end to this topic here, Hope you will like it.
Wishing you all health, happiness, and Prosperity.
Fi-Amanillah (be with the safety of Allah).
