I dare not fear to fail nor fear to rise.
I've been living, fighting the tough fight,
that lay bare before me. I march, then they flies
'Cause they knows; mine rule, steps and fight.
I am birth not to lost but for crowning.
I've lost many fight but not dead ever-
yet that pains me and plans for deceiving-
yet my heart, "that's not the end" whispers.
I'm flat beaten and slumber clothe me neatly
laying me aside: the power and will to fight,
to deep slumber yet my heart whisper wisely,
"I dare not fear to fail nor fear to rise".
Oh! My dearest heart, thou closest friend I've;
Fortune is mine - owing such precious friend
so do I recline thee and live this battlefield,
to help me fight, this toughest fight.
