No one is perfect in this world and there is no need for it. Everyone shines uniquely with no limitations to it. One shouldn't judge another by their looks, size, or color. All beings have the right to live their lives without being judged. We beings come under a lot of pressure, whether it could be from peers or ourselves. Once we get this feeling, there will be a pattern change in our lives. But this shouldn't be a negative point in our life nevertheless we should be able to see a positive side too. The only mistake we make is focusing on the negative aspect of it instead of seeing and going through all the phases.
There could be many reasons for anxiety and depression, but both have a similar cause known as 'stress,' the main factor behind it.
Now how is stress caused? As mentioned, it could be pressure from oneself due to insecurity or the surroundings, which are other than oneself. Overcoming it, to be honest, is a difficult task if we don't have the right mindset and observation. We need to be strong, not physically but mentally. There might be many ups and downs in one's life one must be ready to face any challenges and consequences in our life path. Depression and anxiety are from teens to adults. Since that is the time, one gets mentally mature and has to see the real world.
Now, what is anxiety? Anxiety is the fear or feeling of being anxious. It can be due to fear of what might happen or not happen or overthinking.
It gives us constant repetitive thoughts and makes us stressed. Depression is the feeling of sadness that crosses an extent that one can handle or control. We can use the self-help technique by reading books, listening to music, dancing, and many more activities that help us to divert our minds. Expressing your thoughts and feelings in a book you have to yourself is a great way. It helps get off that negativity weight out of your chest. We can't control our thoughts, don't let them control us. The process of how we react and manage itself tells us how we can get through it.
Anyone can succeed once we have the right kind of mind is possible. Thoughts are like a 'flowing river' that can't stop but can find a way to cross over it. Blocking the river flow can lead to many other situations. That's how thoughts work. It will keep on coming. Every door has the key, the maze has the right path, and every road leads into another adventure, so we must try and explore it. During this process, there may be many ups and downs. A flower gets hurt when it gets plucked away or is never cared for by following the steps required to take care! A new one starts to grow about how an individual must get through any situation.
