Every human that was born
Came the way as I did
Differences existed
But the women giving birth
Felt the same pain
Female or male
Inside the womb felt the same
And I knew that
My place was same as everyone
I came out, saw few faces
Felt different stares
Feeling different feelings
It felt weird
As they made great words
And some hidden
Unknown and unseen things
As they established themselves
A place for my existence
I grew up, I guess
It became more visible
The eyes of humans
And their various versions of my future
Different from what I felt
Which they seem to deem
Unacceptable
And as those stares grew
I understood my own place
But growth does goes in many ways
So does how I see
I closed my eyes that sees other
And only looked at my heart
I walked the path that I hidden deep
I felt something I never felt
Which I learned was love
That I felt for myself
A place for myself and my heart
This isn't some verse that is meant to defy any gods or culture
This is just a part of living
How can a man be called alive
If his heart is dead
Humans before as, did live
They lived the way they knew
And it wasn't a rule, nor a custom
But a way they found to live
To keep their own place.
