“Your mind is a place where you plan the whole ordeal called life and where you brace yourself for the forthcoming challenges thrown at you.” Life is all about what one makes of it. It might be hard for some or it might be a luxury cruise ride for somebody else. It all depends on your mindset and your perception of the situation you are currently facing. With this, I want to welcome you all folks, to this roller coaster ride where I would be educating you all about what goes inside the head of an average person throughout his life and how it develops over his/her lifetime. There’s plenty of content out there talking about all kinds of tips/tricks/hacks on how to achieve success in life but the thing that is little talked about is what goes inside that 1.3 kg piece of flesh in your head referred to as “BRAIN”. Let’s dive into the pool of thoughts that yours truly would create in just a moment.
THE BEGINNING OF EVERYTHING
Let me start by asking you a question, “Do you remember who all were standing around you when you were just born? You remember their faces?” Now you might think this bloke is a crazy one, what in the name of god is he even asking? That’s unanswerable and ridiculous too. But don’t you think what was the difference, then also you had a brain, a pair of eyes to see. Now some of you would argue by saying that we didn’t know what we were seeing because before that we were in our mother’s womb. Everything was alien to us in this world. Well, that’s a good answer. To put things more into perspective, the thing that we were lacking was “CONSCIOUSNESS”. We didn’t even know what we are, what we are seeing, what we are even doing, and who all are these people looking at me and smiling while I’m here crying and thinking about my very existence. That’s actually funny and interesting to think about what goes in the mind of a newborn (well, we would ponder upon it some other day!). The point I want to make by stating the above is that a human being is nothing without their consciousness. This consciousness is first acquired by what our parents teach us. What’s right or wrong, do’s and don’ts, basically, they are controlling our every movement. Till then our brain is developing too, adjusting, and learning about things around us. You can visualize it as a maze in which initially at every corner you find something new and you are just cruising through without thinking what’s next, probably the best time.

AGE OF RAGE-TEENAGE
Now this maze called “LIFE”, jumps up to the next level where your mind is capable of thinking on its own. It has become bigger and so are you. Your brain has adjusted according to its surrounding. Now, whenever you are in a situation your mind would make you believe that you have everything under your control. But as they say, reality is often disappointing. A kind of fake reality is created by our brain and is still in the learning phase. Now it's really important what a person feeds in their brain at this time as the building blocks are formed at this stage only. By now if you haven’t guessed, it’s the invincible age of TEENS. The way that an individual approaches a particular situation is the type of person he would be in the future. That’s probably the highlight of this particular time in one’s life. The amount of mistakes you make at this point of life would teach you some very important life lessons. The one who keeps an open mind would gain so much out of teenage that you can’t even think about. At some point in this period, a person should think deeply, wrapping their heads around various mysteries this world has. It really enhances the thinking capacity of the brain. The mind, at this point, is just like a toddler who is distracted by each and every smallest thing that exists. Controlling and owning your own mind would probably be the biggest achievement at this point of one’s life (Habits are just the by-product of your mindset and nothing else.). Now, what about the maze you may ask! Maze at this point of time seems too easy to a teenage brain. They think that now the life is simplified and though they have a clear mind of what they wanna do but they aren’t vary of the complexities that they would come across on the path to enlightenment. The one who understands this grand plan and chose the right tributary of this maze, he’ll surely be way ahead in this success race.

ADULTHOOD IS NOT SO GOOD
You turn 20 now. Suddenly you realize things are changing rapidly in your life. There are very serious consequences for every action, every mistake that you do. Everybody now expects that you are truly a “GROWNUP” and to act like one. Your brain is now truly developed. All the information that you made your brain to feed upon all these years has finally resulted in the development of a thought process that is surprisingly unique to you only. every thought that your brain encounters is now processed according to this thought process and the final conclusion is then drawn by your brain, whether the information is of use or not. By this point of time in their life, most the individual have understood how to cope with various stress that is in day-to-day life. Before acting, various scenarios are made up in one’s mind of an individual and after carefully analyzing all of them a person acts, impulsive decisions are now a thing of the past Easiness or difficulty of a task, now only depends on the outlook of the person performing it. Skills matter but the most important thing is how an individual approaches a particular task. The maze, in most parts, finally becomes a little bit obvious, in the sense that an individual is capable enough to predict the path and put a “CAREFULLY ANALYSED STEP” in the direction that he thinks would be fruitful for him in the long term future.
Didn’t you just realize how our mind developed from being a mere prototype to being capable enough to predict the future up to some extent? Unbelievable, isn’t it!
THE CONCLUSION
Till now I’m sure that you might have understood how our brain develops over years and the role that it plays in shaping an individual. Our mind is the most powerful weapon that we have. Logical thinking is what our personality should be based upon.
The key to success is not in our habits or the hobbies that we have or the situation we are in or the unique capabilities that we possess, it only depends on the mindset that we have. So folks work on strengthening your mental capabilities rather than running behind the materialistic things in this world. In the end, you and only you are responsible for what happens in your life and nobody else. So get your mind in the right place and I bet the stars would align for you!
