INTRODUCTION:

Success is a subjective concept. It is the light which shines when the sun is down and all other lights are out. It may look like a glaring underachievement to one person what the other perceives as having accomplished everything they have ever aspired to.

We must re-introspect ourselves on certain aspects whether is it not a success when you aim for a certain grade on your tests and actually get it? Do we not rejoice even before we begin working when landed in our desired esteem? Or is it not victory if we finish the race in the desired time? Why do we hesitate to celebrate such accomplishments? We frequently have a tendency to judge our achievement by the standards of other people, unconsciously imitating and chasing their objectives.

HARD WORK: A FUEL FOR SUCCESS

Achievement is fueled by our goals; the more the desire, the greater the likelihood of success. Consequently, the more fervent the desire, the better the odds of success! Success is driven by our own ambitions. Unsurprisingly, the more difficult the objective, the more work it takes to reach it, the higher the sense of accomplishment when we do, and ultimately, the happier we are when we succeed.

For instance, when we set out to climb a mountain, we won't succeed if we just stand there and contemplate on how much tougher it appears, but if we push ourselves even further, we'll eventually be rewarded with a greater perspective of this entire globe. Success and pleasure will come only if we live in the present and give our all, to all we do.

Instead of, seeking happiness, attract it to you! Even in the dictionary the words: planning, preparation, and persistence come before success.

It is fairly sure that a 1000 pages dictionary with 20 lines per page, 8 words per line, 8 characters per word, and 8 bytes per character may be communicated in one-hundredth of an hour at this pace!!!.

4T’s: THRIVE, TURN OUT, TRACE, TO REVIEW

  • Thrive a vision: Assessing the performance and desires will help us determine our personal growth objectives. In addition to this, creating a clear vision for the future of what we want to be or where we want to be and when using these objectives or areas for progress. Like our goals, this vision should be clear, quantifiable, doable, reasonable, and time-bound. We should always think about the inspiration for this vision and make careful note of it.
  • Turn out a plan: Making a plan to carry out the vision is the next stage. Establishing goals to improve in each of the areas we need to address to reach our goal is essential. Each objective should be broken down into smaller, more doable tasks. We should everytime keep in mind that personal development is a learning process. Before continuing, we should take the time to determine our learning style to enable the most efficient improvement method for each goal.
  • Trace the progress: As we pursue our objectives, it is noteworthy to keep a record of the progress. Taking note of the decisions and how they affect our career is very important. This can help us to identify the finest strategies and go closer to the objectives. To routinely track our progress, we can also use digital tools or a notebook planner. A vision board is a visual tool that displays our objective as the core idea and the minor tasks we need to accomplish around it in order to realize our vision. We can place the board in a location where we will see it frequently and add pictures and other visual representations of our plans.
  • To Review your plan regularly: It is crucial to occasionally refer back to the plan to assess whether the course, we are on is worthwhile. Deciding if the plan is still applicable after taking into account everything, we have learnt thus far is extensive. We can also modify our deadlines and make room for additional personal development goals based on our performance.

BE A VISIONARY LEADER OF YOUR OWN SELF:

The idea that something imaginative seems impracticable is one that we frequently hear. But this perspective merely seems to be irrational. To confide this all beliefs, we must work on to awaken the inherent shining within each of us to attain our vision. It is believed that we are the storehouses of unlimited power within us so we must embrace each day as it comes. All of what we refer to as human evolution's development has always been gauged by that one search, which is the quest for the destiny of the human race. Man has always desired to gaze beyond and expand himself.

CLING ON TO THE MASTER OF SELF:

A universal instinct in all of humanity is the desire for happiness. But not everyone has the ability to obtain it or the will to hold onto it once it arrives. This calls for both knowledge and diligence towards the work we perform. The finest men of all eras and nations have likely placed such a high value on a life because of this which enables us to unite all the scattered forces of life. Granted more and more effort, our strengths will outweigh our weaknesses, our solutions will be more accessible than our problems, and the future will be more magnificent than the present. Hard work towards success holds the key to any riddle of life.

PRESERVE THE GREATEST ASSET OF THE LIFE:

Currently, our body, mind, and perceptions resemble untrained horses in many ways. Instead of being dragged here and there by them, we must learn to master them and demonstrate our ability to steer them. It is up to us to choose whether or not we will submit to each and every impulse that comes from our physical body. The success is the afflatus that shines even in the failure that people are oblivious of. Everything in the world is subject to theft, but not the success in life. Nowadays, all the heads bow down in reverence to the human being's awakened success. Those who are not taught that the failure is a part of success and not the opposite of it, is believed to have received stones in the place of diamonds. It is inferred that the success is eternal.

FOCUS THE THOUGHT, MIND, AND HEART IN ABSOLUTE UNISON:

The success and persistent effort do not require us to torture or humiliate our flesh arbitrarily in the face of countless failures. It implies that we must exercise caution and train our bodies to be reasonable, in uniting the greatest forces of the body i.e., the thought, mind and heart. Zero Effort to attain that goal or to succeed, is that destitution that cannot be worsened. The antithesis of success is not failure. Success just depends on it. Failure doesn't mean that we’ve accomplished nothing, or it is never possible to make it, rather it means we have learned something to do in a different way or we have a reason to start afresh. When we as students not devote our utmost hard work in all our endeavours, we will wither away before blossoming. The dynamics of the self-chasing process are learned through self-effort, and they are set in motion within the individual.

CONCLUSION:

If we truly succeed, we become the artist behind all the arts, the scientist behind all the science, the doctor behind all the medicine, the engineer behind all the technology.

Pause first. Next, dream. Third, believe. Dare to live by the motto of the successful life. The other person will engage us to assist them in realizing their dream if we don't fulfil our own. Every sensible person in this entire globe needs to take a second look at the desire to develop a more robust character that will enable them to become more authentic and deserving human beings. This should be our guiding principle as we work to succeed in life.
