Pav bhaji is one of the best street foods in Maharashtra. The bhaji served with butter-ladden pav is loved by everyone alike.
The high fibre and protein content in soyabean makes it a super food but its bland taste still keeps many people away.

Ingredients:
- Soaked Soya chunks- 1 cup
- Pav Bhaji masala- 2 tsp
- Red Chilly powder- 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
- Asafoetida- half tsp
- Salte to taste
- Ginger gaqrlic paste-1 tbsp
- Oil- 3 tbsp
- Boiled green peas- 1 cup
- Boiled a mashed potatoes- 3
- Chopped Onion-1
- Chopped Tomatoes- 2
- Chopped capsicum-1
- Tomato Ketchup- 1 tbsp
- Pav
- Onion and lemon for garnishing
