There are various mystical places on earth but what if I tell you that you can visit the centre of the universe on earth..? This unbelievable place is located in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma, The US, which is quite famous for the “Centre of the universe”. It is an extremely small circle of nearby 30 inches in diameter made of worn-out concrete. Following this, one more circle is made up of 13 bricks and so on, and the entire circle finishes up with 8 feet in diameter. But the highlighting point of this circle is when you make a sound standing inside the circle, you will not only hear the echo of your voice but you will hear the intensified one, and there is nothing big present that reflect your voice. But what makes this place a mystic one is that anyone standing outside the circle is not able to hear anything! The only person standing inside the circle will hear the echo. In addition to this mystery, the voice of the person standing outside the circle also becomes twisted when heard inside the circle.

Several people have been exploring this miracle and some researchers have conveyed varied explanations. Some believe that the unclear sound is the result of the parabolic reflectivity that partly covers the circle. Some researchers have concluded that a hollow echo of sorts was mistakenly created by an expansion joint that splits the inner circle. Centre of the universe was made in the 80s, and it is believed as a vortex where all cosmic energies of the universe meet, thus quoting it as the centre of the universe. Some believe that it is a kind of ‘focusing anomaly’ and so that the expansion joint is the key to this phenomenon. And some people have researched that, when you stand in the centre of the circle and speak, your voice seeps through the crack, bends down to the railroad tracks below, then bounces back up to the ears, making everything sound time-delayed and kind of trippy. Even after numerous theories, the actual truth about the centre of the universe is a mystery, and there has been no clear like-mindedness about this phenomenon.

Let it be some ghosts from the universe or some advanced scientific spectacle, this circle is enough to blow up someone's mind. You might drop a tiny bob pin inside the circle on the surface and what you expect is just a little clink but what you hear is a loud crash. Adding to all this weirdness of this sonic centre is a towering 72.5 feet tall black metal artwork just at the south of the circle. It is titled as ‘Artificial Cloud’, and it was erected by sculptor Robert Haozous in 1992. The Tulsa Convention and Visitors Bureau calls the artwork, ‘A silent commentary on man's love of technology’. A very close look at the sculpture reveals some unsettling details, such as cut-outs of tumbling jet planes and human figures with missing limbs. This statue similarly gives some eerie and mysterious feelings like the centre of the universe for its visitors.

Whatever it is, this place is worth visiting and experiencing, and the delighted part is that touring the centre of the universe is absolutely free. Due to the mysterious centre of the universe, Tulsa attracts constant visitors. Some people experience it for the first time while others prefer the place for proposals. Those who have been to this place know that there is not much to look at but this one amazing thing is enough to surprise anyone. Ignoring all the laws of physics, when it matters to sounds and howl, this point has shocked numerous people, and remained as one of the places that are beyond the knowledge of humans.
