It is an exclusive opportunity that not only enables you to monetize your valuable content but also offers a platform for enhancing your skills and expanding your audience. To ensure a fair and inclusive program, we kindly request authors to meet specific eligibility criteria before joining the Partner Author initiative. Primarily, the authors must have published a minimum of 10 articles, stories, or poems on People’s Reflections before 10 July 2023 or after 1 July 2023, but before applying for the Partner Author Initiative. To activate the participation and start earning on People’s Reflections, the authors similarly need to follow a few guidelines.

Authors must apply for the Partner Author status on the People’s Reflections website, write quality content that meets the ‘Reflections Writing Standard’, and adhere to all the terms and conditions of People’s Reflections. It is not necessary to be a paid subscriber before applying for the Partner Author program. Regardless of any boundaries of age and gender, any person can apply to become a partner author.

At People’s Reflections, it is important to maintain an ethical environment for everyone involved, and nurture the originality of the content thus, any type of plagiarism is prohibited. The content submitted by the authors must be original and not published anywhere else, including social media, print media, or any other website, including the author’s own website or blog. And once the content is submitted under the Partner Author Initiative, it cannot be used elsewhere unless it is first deleted from the People’s Reflections website. If any such content is discovered, the author's account may be suspended, and payments withheld as People’s Reflections respects genuine and original content to protect the author community from plagiarism. We value the integrity and innovation of our authors' work and strive to provide a platform that drives creativity and rewards our authors.

The articles or stories submitted by the authors must meet the 'Reflections Writing Standards' and go through a moderation process before being published within 4-5 days. It is significant to understand that not all articles submitted will automatically qualify for the Partner Author Initiative. The final decision to publish submitted content and include it in the initiative is at the sole discretion of People’s Reflections.

Earnings from the Partner Author Initiative can begin immediately once published articles are read by paid subscribers on Reflections. Payments are proportionately distributed based on the number of readers for each story. Authors can monitor their payment status through the 'Story Stats' tab on the website, which displays the performance of each story and the earnings associated with it. The effective date for the introduction of the Partner Author initiative is July 1, 2023. Articles or stories that meet the standards of Reflections will be considered for payment distribution under this initiative. And accordingly, payments will be released on a monthly basis, with a net of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and payment gateway charges.

As the owner of their stories, authors retain ownership when publishing as a Partner Author on Reflections. However, Reflections holds sole marketing rights for the stories as long as they are available on the website. Authors have the freedom to remove their stories or delete their accounts at any time since they are the owners of the content. Likewise, violating any of the terms and conditions may result in the cancellation of the author’s account on People’s Reflections. The terms and conditions will apply upon application, and violations may lead to the suspension of the Partner Author membership as well.

The duties and responsibilities of People’s Reflections under the Partner Author Initiative include ensuring the originality of articles, marketing the content, assisting authors in improving the quality of their work, developing AI and machine learning technologies to maximize audience reach, and ensuring timely payment disbursement to authors. The contribution of authors is invaluable to our platform, and we are committed to providing you with the support needed to enhance your writing skills and expand your readership.
